WAYS TO GIVE

IN ADDITION to gifts of stock, cash and property, deferred gifts can be given to the Foundation.
These gifts can serve as an excellent method for estate planning, obtaining investment diversification, increasing income, and reducing state and federal income and estate taxes.
Deferred gifts that may be made to the Foundation include:

Bequest- including the Foundation in will or living trust

Real Estate - deeded to the Foundation with the donor retaining a life interest

Life Insurance Policy- naming the foundation as owner and beneficiary

Alameda Hospital Foundation welcomes gifts of all sizes !
PARTNERS IN HEALTH
The Partners in Health are a select group of donors who, through their tradition of giving, have helped the wellbeing of Alameda Hospital. Donors become members of this annual program by contributing a minimum of $150 in cumulative gifts to the Foundation in a calendar year. All members receive regular communication from the Foundation and are recognized at the following levels:
Member: $150
Bronze: $250
Turquoise: $500
Silver: $1,000
Gold: $2,000
Platinum: $5,000

Members at the Silver, Gold and Platinum level are recognized on The Donor Wall in the lobby of the hospital.
